The league depends on support from the community to help maintain our facilities and keep player registration fees as low as possible. WDTLL is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
Little League Parents
The Little League Parent/Volunteer Pledge
I will teach all children to play fair and do their best
I will positively support all managers, coaches and players
I will respect the decisions of the umpires
I will praise a good effort despite the outcome of the game
The Role of Little League Parents
WDTLL, like all other Little Leagues, is a volunteer operated organization. We depend on the parents of players and other adults to organize and conduct all aspects of our operation. While it can be easily seen that adult volunteers serve in the rolls of league board members, volunteer managers, coaches, umpiress and team parents, we also need help with field maintenance, operating the concession stand, fund-raising and other projects and committees.
Sitting in the stands and cheering for your son or daughter is an important part of being a Little League Parent, but we ask that you give consideration to becoming even more involved in our Little League activies by volunteering to help in the operation, maitenance, and support of our league. Your willingness to volunteer is an important part of the operation of WDTLL.

Parent Resources
We have developed the "Parent Area" as a resource for parents. The Parent Area is availble to parents who have registerd a child in the league. During registration, by signing in to the Parent Area you can quickly complete the registration process, get copies of registration forms and make changes to your family's information.
Once the season starts you can access your child's team roster, signup for text alert messages that keep you informed of game delays and postponement, access forms, local rules and other league information and documents.
The parent area is password protected. To create an account, all you need is the e-mail address that you provided to the league during a previous regisration. If we don't have your e-mail address, contact the League Information Officer for instructions on how to add it to your records.
The Volunteer Umpire
Game Umpires are needed for all divisions of both baseball and softball. Being a Little League Umpire is an enjoyable and rewarding experience. It is a positive way to participate in your child's sporting activity. Consistent and fair Umpires are always appreciated. Be an Umpire!!
To volunteer to be an umpire or to get additional information about being an umpire, please contact our Umpire-in-Chief
